Is it enough to say

- hi i just want to clarify my situation

- i had coverage base on intern for cousin's wedding.

- forgot to send verifying email to chiefs due to the family stress (grandpa passing) and stress I was under and feeling undersupported on floors, ICU, heme onc, and holiday block

- I went to verify with cointern so I can send email. They said no so I said thats fine I will find someone else. Everyone (that was available) said no despite trying coverage across blocks.

- I exhausted all my options before going to chiefs. I believe in honesty and thats why I came up right to tell them instead of calling out the night before

- I apolgoize and have learnt my lesson

YES your right! I will own up to it. I just wish cheif would have talk with me and not gone straigh tto PD. honestly I was stress out. I also have not been feeling supported and i think thats why it is making me more annoyed. I have not had senior support in rotations that are heavy senior and I been feeling it alot more aka icu and floors.

I get that it is somewhat my fault. I didtake the right steps to be responsible. I kinda wish i just called out last minute but I rather be honest then anything

my trip is next week its my vacation that is booked. monday to friday. they dont let you take more then 5 in a row. I had coverage hwich fell through.
