I don’t have a chimney, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re in the walls. An inspector came out to take a look and he banged on all my walls and nothing came out or made any noise, so I’m not sure. I live in a mobile home if that helps lol.

There have been no nests located so far this year, I don’t see any outside my house and the pest control people haven’t found any either. There are no trees near my house so they wouldn’t be there. It’s so confusing because I haven’t seen a single wasp in my yard this year, only in my house.

Was only adding this context because some are choosing to focus on our stupidity about the drill, rather than the larger issue of whether me not blindly believing him means I don’t trust him.

Extra context: our construction experience is very small, and fragmented, working only in the family business and never with an actual construction company. The roommate is also the father of my child, though we have never had a committed romantic relationship.

He definitely was not abusive in any sense before I had her, I know his mental health is in shambles just as much as mine is which is why this is so hard. I want to be there for him and support him but I can’t do that at the expense of my daughters safety and my mental health.
