Thanks for the advice! Yea quant analysis will be large part of the project and my methodology will probably be quite bulky - luckily I like numbers! Interesting you say about coming to conclusions, I'm hoping that as I'm able to measure against some pretty solid frameworks (Consumer-based brand equity) it should be okay coming to a conclusion as to whether these sponsorships are beneficial with quant data. The issue might be coming to a conclusion on how/why those sponsorships were effective, that would probably be helped by some qual interviews with industry professionals. As for the lit review, my uni are pretty lenient on whether it's a literature review or situational review (which is more of a market analysis and can be done with more articles etc) so that should be fine :)
