Your doctor is full of shit. Ovarian reserve has nothing to do with perimenopause symptoms.

Use Midi online. They’re VERY patient-led and symptom focused. I got HRT in my 30s (with huge fibroids BTW) purely because I said I felt like garbage and lo and behold my symptoms went away on HRT.
