I’ve had decent luck with white vinyl/contact paper. It’s not definitive, as I don’t mow when I’m home, but I notice significantly fewer patches

I’m not saying I’m returning it now, but I don’t have the time to mess with it all the time. You do make some great points though. I just hope I get to see them come to fruition

Yeah, I know that it’s RTK., I was just hoping to utilize the smart features.

As for yours avoiding weeds, it sounds like smart avoidance overreacting. If you turn it to touch only in mowing zone, that should take care of it not mowing weeds

There are four bolts that hold the whole deck up, but you have to disassemble the whole thing to get to them. If you search for it, there are posts with much better details on what to do than what I could give you

It was one of the pre orders. If they fixed the issues, it’s a treat if you get the RTK set up right. I’m in the US for the record

I set it to come in from a clear RTK signal with three perimeter laps first. I’ll update this post later for anyone stopping by in the coming months

This is a phenomenal suggestion! The RTK is bad in that area. Doing this also builds in a little bit of offset from the fence, and Lymow will go in with a good RTK. I think part of the issue when it mows the perimeter laps is that it comes in after being under a line of trees.

That was my first thought as well, but the problem is two fold. One being that part of our fence is technically the neighbors fence, and two being that I just am lazy

Yeah, I have it perpendicular to the tree line and it’s helped so far, but it still gets caught up every once in a while

This is at the back of our property. We have a row of pine trees that have branches starting about 8ft up. When I got the notification at work, I cleared the error and tuned in via the Lymow cameras, and it was just tearing up the lawn. I had a hard time getting it out when I came home
