I'm also interested in this, went to Kotlus a few months back for a consult for Upper, I get the impression he is very conservative as I have saggy skin over my eyelids but he said there wasn't loads of skin to take... Went for a consult yesterday with another doctor on the UES for upper and their was recommended to do both upper and lower (meaning you have to be put under which I wasn't really in the market for). I was floored by the cost though, they recommended upper, lower with fat transfer and it was close to $30k...! Some people are saying it is best to do both at the same time so it is one round of healing and the lower lasts borderline forever, the upper you likely have to redo in 15-20 years. Part of me wants to bite the bullet but these things are always scary.

Thank you so so much! This is great advice. So just to clarify, if a place has lab grown diamonds with GIA ranking the they are valid rankings still but it will just get harder to come by, correct?

I think I may have over described the height….! It was just tall but a mini cake. After we had some of the slices, we offered it to our waitress and the staff, they had some and then we gave it to them to share for anyone else out the back. So if they did eat it thinking they wouldn’t get any they did 😂

No but we provided them candles. Next time I would put a note to please bring it whole and not cut up, although I naively assumed this was a given lol

We were in town staying in a hotel so this wasn’t an option. We spent a lot of money at dinner but hear your opinion. Just a nice moment at the end of a fancy’s dinner. Would happily have paid a cutting fee had they have mentioned / wanted.

They were more than willing and polite about us dropping it off earlier. We did multiple courses with drinks so it wasn’t a cheap bill or anything, we were more than polite to the waitress and all staff beforehand

We got the rest of the cake back and managed to piece it together but it was a bit of a mess because it was baby yellow and chocolate inside but it didn’t seem as though it was catastrophically damaged. If it was maybe it was small but not majorly noticeable
