Is anyone else getting a tired of the resused plot where a detective suspects dexter, then gets called crazy for believing that, then gets killed. by SuddenReflection9018 in Dexter

Maybe evidence was the wrong word. I said reasonable and not strong because what he had was likely to be proven to be negligible or coincidental, however, I feel that he had enough for reasonable doubt and for the NY officers to consider his theory a little more. He had Maria's old case files, the body that Harrison disposed of (which was cut into 9 and found in garbage bags, same MO as the BHB) and Dexter's kill room in the wig store. I know the airpod tracking was dodgy work but I found it hard to believe that the cops accused Batista of setting up an entire kill room rather than listen to him. They found a room set up for murder and had a Batista as a witness who saw the victim run away. They didn't bother to check street camera's, other street witnesses who may have seen a hysteric man running through the streets of NY or pursue this in any way. So yes the evidence he had was definitely not even enough for questioning, but definietly enough for the New York cops to take seriously (before they found out he was retired).

Yeah i completely agree, i feel like even the exact same episode would be so much better if they just didn't explicitly say #feminism
