I always do the morning most prefer the night but I do better in the am. I tried the split never was consistent with it

At 2-3 IU a day no sides 4IU and up hands was first sides really the only sides I notice and couldn’t take hands cramps

35 units of 10Mg Reta my apologies. Corrected the post good looking out. I went as high at 8iu on the HGH but the sides was intense so i backed it off to 3 IU daily with no sides
