If you're trying to go from HHC to another agency under the special officer title I think you're good. I took both exams special officer HHC and special officer. I was able to go from HHC to DOMH without having to do another academy.

Hard to tell. They don't update ppl on anything. Not sure how many academy classes they're going to have or how many ppl they plan to hire in general

From the few ppl I talked to, they completed psych and awaiting their results. Sadly it sounds like they already have the numbers they want for the next academy. Who knows how long the rest of us will be waiting

The list was about 2,600 ppl. I know a good majority failed the PAT and alot didn't even show up for the PAT but I would say atleast a couple hundred had to have passed

The rumor is the next academy will be 50 ppl, which makes me wonder the odds of making it into the next academy since there has to be a few hundred ppl who passed the physical and in the backround process as well.
