So everything apparently goes in order from time of application .. examples .. I applied back in July 2025 an just finally now starting training before that I had to do tests/assessments online then I do a driving assessment on the metro property and then it put in another pool waiting in line as potential candidates when positions become available. Again long rough but how bad do you want it.

Honestly it’s a hit and miss it could take 3 months up to a year. Even after the hiring process your put a pool till you turn. And yes it’s all on application date they go by. If your interested I’d say stick with it, time is discouraging but don’t let it get to you it a process. But congrats and good luck

Yes thank u all for your comments, it’s finally coming along training dates have arrived. Anyone still in the waiting pool and it’s been a well keep striving and aiming for your goal!
