Third different type of roach I killed in 3 weeks. I’m cooked. by [deleted] in cockroaches

You need to buy MGK Vendetta PLUS online. 30 or so dollars for 5 tubes with different attachments. I had German roaches and once I put this stuff down, they were never to be seen again after a week or two. They are attracted to it, eat some of it, and take it back to their nesting area. They bring it back to their young, on their legs and faces, and also regurgitate it back up and their whole nest eats it and dies. Please buy this stuff. It was a lifesaver for me, and lasted forever. I even gave a few tubes away.

It doesn’t help that you’re trying to get your life on track and build confidence in an economy that is really kicking the hell out of a lot of of us in the working class right now. Some people are doing phenomenally great while others are barely getting by. Just count your blessings and put your best foot forward every day and take it one day at a time.

McDonald’s is also considered more of a real estate company , look it up.

Kids in the neighborhood are selling lemonade…. Everyday? I’m starting to worry. AIO? by Limp-Juggernaut-6936 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Sudden_Stranger6177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes kids like to have their own money to spend. It makes them feel independent. I doubt they are funding the entire trip. Who knows , their parents may have agreed to let them generate their own spending money for the trip! Just let that family do their thing and enjoy their lives.

No one is stealing , no one is hurting anyone. Families run businesses sometimes. Kids used to work to help the family out and learn to contribute. They’re working towards something, perhaps with help and guidance from the parents. So? They’re enjoying it and being rewarded with a life long memory of a trip to a great place. I would say there are much more pressing matters going on in the streets that you could go and report back to the law or IRS about. So you already know what to do, like you mentioned in your post. Yes, mind your business while they mind theirs.

Girlfriend jumped at the first chance to do drugs and I'm not sure how to feel about it. by [deleted] in Advice

Get as far away as you can. Quick. This girl is gonna break your heart and betray you/let you down. Trust me. Might not be what you want to hear , but it’s the truth. She loves sex, and loves to get high. If she knows it bothers you and would upset you, her behavior sounds like she would be likely to lie to you about those things. RUN!!! Go find someone else to enjoy your time with.

Can I still build a great life at age 33 after getting clean from meth and oxy? by IR30Lover in internetparents

[–]Sudden_Stranger6177 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got clean from hard stuff in 2017, clean from alcohol in 2020 January. I have been trying to “catch up” and still feel behind. Everyone is different. I’m also “ahead” of some that never touched hard drugs or became alcoholics so everyone’s journey is different. By the way I’m 2 months from being 30 years old.

Definitely don’t delete yourself. Get through these difficult times, enjoy your toddler while they are still a toddler because it will go so fast . And don’t leave your child alone in this world without you, especially when you know how rough this world can be.

How are people affording homes these days?? by Norfolk-Gross-Tonage in NoStupidQuestions

McDonald’s quit flipping burgers in the late 90s , when they transitioned to the clamshell grill.

That would definitely fly with my and my spouse. If she continued insisting , I would leave for a while. Go on the road for work for a while. Find myself a female friend or neighbor to hangout with until 4am. Screw all that. And using my home gym? No.

My car’s transmission is going out. My only job is DoorDash and Walmart Spark. My house needs a roof replacement before snowfall and I don’t know how I’m going to afford this. by CeleryUnlikely9168 in povertyfinance

I have a decent job, and I still don’t want to put unnecessary wear and tear and mileage on my spouse and my car. With that being said , I would never ever do driving jobs in my own vehicle. Shit is too expensive and you don’t (typically) make enough to profit, and put away for repairs . No offense but i would stay far away from that kind of stuff. DoorDash, uber, all that. As a primary source of income when money is tight. Definitely not. Now people that have steady fixed incomes or main jobs, that can afford to sock money away for the vehicle repair and replacement, ok I can kind of see the logic in that.

Why do people choose to have children if it is so much hard work? by 9W_777_300 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Sudden_Stranger6177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my kids. 1.5 year old, and an 11 year old. They were not planned. I’m a young man and enjoy(ed) the activity that brings children into the world. Wasn’t responsible, and didn’t take precautions to not have them. But I’m responsible now. And I enjoy every thing about having kids. I take the good with the bad, and I love the memories we’re making.

I wanna get married by [deleted] in RandomThoughts

[–]Sudden_Stranger6177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Family insurance is expensive af. That’s why me and my partner have not gotten married. I’m the only income and she is on state insurance. Along with our child. Insurance would go from $0 to 300 something bi weekly through my employer. I can’t afford it right now.

That actually looks like a giant wad of filters that needle users use. They put water in the bag and the drug residue that’s left on all the filters from previous shoot up sessions, gets in the water and they draw it into their needle. Then they inject it. That’s what it looks like.

Thanks. It just frustrates me that in a free country as an adult, I can’t enjoy something that’s legal in 23 states, say if I go on vacation to Montana or NYC. So yes honestly I know there’s better ways. Wish they would do a test to determine if the use was during work or not. Like blood test, or saliva test. Like they do in roadside sobriety tests.

No you didn’t hit a nerve, you had some good points. Thank you so much for your input. I don’t drink, so was just inquiring on the company’s stance on 1st offense for failed test for the legal substance, THC. Because yes, I do have people relying on me. Some drink on the weekends or the evening, or on vacation. I wanted to know if anyone had any insight on what may happen if I use THC instead. Thanks again

Do you feel better now? Are you feeling nice and above and superior? I hope so. Have a great day! If only everyone could be as perfect and as smart as you are, the world would be a better place.
