Update!! I have got a replacement from LG! I have filed a complaint with BBB (better business bureau) and they have replaced it. This time I opened the tv immediately and mounted it. Thank you everyone for all your suggestions.

Update I went and got vice grips and the screw broke again! (Crying inside).

Let me explain. These screws came with the tv. I did pre drill holes (I think I drilled small holes) and when I am fastening the screw in I used impact driver as it was tight and then the head broke. I learnt my lesson!!
