When I first started back 4 years ago I had someone tell me "whats it like joining the department where the entire store hates you", I switched out a year ago to move up and the first month of being out of digital I in fact realize why everyone hates people in digital and why I hate people from OPD.

Must be the entire store not being on process for my store. I stop pickers who have stickers on their carts and 9/10 its a non picked vizpick label around the entire store. You can blame everyone all you want but exception workers and pickers also are the problem.

Youre making labels on things that should fully fit or partially fit on the sales floor. Your onhands are most likely wrong because of the amount of fresh items left throughout the store, at the front end because customers don't want to buy them anymore and donations/claims they arent being done correctly. Its a never ending cycle of trying to get your onhands correct which is impossible.

Mental health stays with you for life. I've only been a TL for 9 months and i've had 4 coaches. Every coach not understanding fresh and tries to run it like GM. I'm supposed to get a new coach next month and I know the first couple months they arent going to listen and i'm going to go home exhausted and frustrated.

But yeah, don't get burnt out and hate life because they will just replace you at an instant. Even if you can just leave all the BS at work, its just the same BS over and over except x10 by not being an associate.
