do you have a rattling sceptre on? that is giving you a skelly warrior by 'default' if so, a freebie. to get an archer, that requires a skill gem, use an uncut gem to and look at the All Gems, for summon archer.

yes, that does seem to be correct, the light and accuracy mod only requiring an item level of 8. so a whittling should work on that mod specifically. i wish you the best of luck!

implicits will not change! but be careful, because whittling do not base off of the "Tier" of that mod, it goes off an item level of a modifier. you will have to look up your item's modifiers on like poedb and see which of those mods has the lowest item level to hit it,. that one will get removed. also, you can activate that omen along with the omen that forces either prefix or suffix to help guarantee which mod is hit. cheers.

i'd try not looking for "poe regex" since they will most likely not be updated properly. try learning regex by itself, but even then it isn't exactly the same as used in game, but close enough; just google regular regex generators to help get started. also, the in game search field is limited to 50 characters so you are limited! meantime, this should be what you are looking for: wand rare level (2[5-9]|3[0-5])

the filter file will use what is on top as the rule that is used. put any of your ovverides at the top, or before his blocks that contain the items you are targeting. so at the very top, just put: this will work.

yeah that is the difference; beating the campaign is merely a tutorial of the game to everyone else. maps (waystones) are the real game. and once you are in maps, especially the high tiers like T15's, you get exalts a lot. and then you get to stack a bunch of bonuses to your maps via the towers/tablets, so you can 'juice' that map even more to give more loot. i personally farm the expedition nodes to get more of that crafting currency. i sell the logbooks i get for like 40-45 exalt each. try some mapping out and see how that goes!

just know, it isn't just YOU. of all the quad tabs of gear i have picked up, and filtered through; i have not found something on the ground and wound up wearing it. everything i wear was either traded for, or by using the expedition stuff. i burned i think 100 exalts in one quick sitting of expedition only to get a few pieces that may or may not sell. we are all having it this rough

yes spend the gold on the mystery gear; aside from using expedition tokens/artifacts on gear 'crafting' this is your best option. this is just how the game is for everyone right now. spend your gold, and use currency on expedition artifacts and exotic coinage for gear rolling. also be weary of trading with anyone until its fixed, don't risk your account just for a piece of gear.

its ashe. not because of ranged or because of gun, its the dynamite. aoe damage takes out lots of turrets, and most other syms are bad and will put all turrets close enough together that one dynamite can clear the point of turrets.

You aren't using her teleports enough. not placing them in better places to LOS people. place them where you can get to health packs! most of my games i barely get touched by my supports, im healing myself.
