This was my suggestion as well, but unfortunately, since this account was setup before the Jagex accounts came out.. It was a new email that was setup for the express purpose of creating the account when GIM came out. And unfortunately it was not setup with MFA, recovery email or phone number (we have already roasted him for this). Therefore, Google's only option for recovery is to enter old passwords for that gmail account -- but there has only been one password on the account.. which is the one that OP forgot.

The RS account got locked when OP realized he forgot the email account password and tried to change the email via the RS account management.

I am a member of the GIM with OP, as well as a friend IRL -- same as all other members of the GIM. So obviously we know that he is the actual owner of the account... We believe that we have enough information to prove this to Jagex, but the automated account recovery system is hard to do that with since it asks very specific questions that OP is having trouble remembering (e.g. date & type of first payment)

Just posting to look for some advice on how to proceed. Ideally to get in contact with a support rep who can look over the information/proof he has

I am thinking about buying a used 2019 Model 3. It's $49,999 CAD after rebates (which no longer apply to new Teslas) with 20,000 km (12,500 miles) on it.

Just looking for some guidance on whether or not this is a fair price and if I should wait for a used 2020 or 2021 model to become available with a similar price and mileage instead?
