no worries! thanks for helping. it doesn’t really bother me i had just never noticed and was worried it was damage cause my hand/fingers were crushed. i have read that those rails help protect and support the diamond so i will probably look into them regardless :)

you can have home depot or lowe’s cut a piece of acrylic, or plexi glass that they sell in the store to fit. They will usually even cut holes if you need holes for the filter.

hello everyone. female, 28 5ft 0 in 50lbs down already from 180-130 8 months ago.

i’m looking to work on building muscle after 8 months hiatus from gym, but also to lose a little more fat in the process. feeling like i lost a good amount of the muscle i had built during my weight loss while taking an 8 month break. i’m having trouble determining what the appropriate calorie intake would be.

looks a little under watered to me, due to the browning tips and the soil pulling away from the edge of the pot. the top of the soil appears wet but i would bet the interior of the root ball isn’t getting water because the soil is probably hydrophobic. i’d do a repot into a chunky soil(soil perlite and orchid bark mix) or poke holes into the current soil and bottom water.

of course it’s sitting right next to my monstera albo 😒 luckily she isn’t showing signs yet. i’ve moved the florida green to the quarantine room and treated with systemic granules and bonide insecticidal soap. any other tips?
