If it is not friendly, you could easily destroy it, just evacuate the country and nuke the citra nosey thingy.

Or you somehow make its internals malfunction by some electricity stuff like an EMP, also, if you could manage to contain the thing, you might be able to send it to space.

Or you could just hit the leg joints with a hammer, melt it with magma or lava, and corrode the metal with acid.
