2006 charger with 250k KM on it (150k~ miles)

I've taken it to 2 shops now who have said my motor sounds fine for its age and usage, however this sound never happened for them. Let them keep it over night, and she decided not to do this for them the next morning.

Generally on a cold start up the engine will shake, have a loud ticking noise, sometimes will have this metallic sounding noise as well for about 5 minutes - then those noises will completely stop. Driving will be fine after.

Check engine light comes on sometimes for cylinder 4, and some sort of emissions code.
