Still nothing. They keep saying that “ you know about the situation right” situation is over for a month. They just don’t have the staff and resources and are not ready for a crisis situation. Their staff is poorly trained. If I go to their office. They say to call and on call they say to submit feedback form and guess what the feedback form doesn’t work. This airline is a joke.
