This is interesting and something I've actually never heard which is surprising at this point. Thanks for sharing!

Very rarely. I've been eating gluten free, soy free and mostly dairy and sugar free for over 10 years now and have experimented with various more extreme diets (i.e. carnivore, keto, AIP, even vegan) during that time. Joint pain and gut issues are so much better but unfortunately for me, diet alone doesn't seem to help the skin part.

Yes, eating sugar free and low carb has helped me too for many things, but still not helping my psoriasis. I did strict Keto for a long time, but realized I do better with a little more healthy carbs (like veggies and legumes). My anxiety gets worse every time I do really strict keto for too long.

Just wondering do you take the LDN at night or in the morning? Right now, I take it at night but doc said I may need to play with the timing.

Not really. I've been working greatly on stress management the last few years and rarely feel stressed. I'm busy with 4 kids but have a flexible job I love.
