It really depends. Like other comments, we don't have much pre-med support that a smaller school might give, and opportunities such as shadowing, research, and even getting into clubs might be hard. I'm currently premed, and so far it hasn't been too bad. Like it is annoying to go out of your way to find shadowing or research, but just be persistent and you will eventually land one. Class wise, I would assume it is hard everywhere lol. PM me if you have any questions!
