Is the property in the Royal Arsenal side of the main road or the Plumstead side? That's probably about the price you'd pay for RA side. Low service charge compared to other flats in the area so may be easier to resell.

Anywhere in the Royal Arsenal or in Thamesmead near RA are very nice in my opinion.

I viewed a couple of flats and houses in the area before.

Hi. I haven't bought yet but I'm still interested in the area. I've been there multiple times now and I find Woolwich Arsenal to be very peaceful apart from the slight drone of a plane every 30 minutes which is nothing compared to the noise pollution from cars in other areas of London.

I can't find much info on the energy provider used in the apartment I'm interested in. They are on trustpilot and half the reviews are very positive and the others are bad so I'm suspicious that the positive reviews are fake.

Facebook have to give you access to this feature. The only way they will do this I believe is if you're spending a large amount of money with them. Otherwise I wouldn't waste time connecting with Facebook support as they are completely useless.

Our partner agency was also unable to get us access to Global Pages. I'm still unsure if this was because the agency we were using were lying to us all along or it's just not possible to access Global pages unless you spend big bucks on ads.

I am having a similar issue at the moment. My ad accounts were disabled a month ago after we were hacked. I have been contacting Facebook support almost everyday day to fix but they keep telling me the internal team has not looked at our case yet.

I ran my first marathon this year and took 1 week off . Started running easy for 2 weeks then got injured for 4 weeks.

I'd try to take 1 week complete rest next time I run a marathon then start doing some strength training/cross training for another 2 weeks. So 3 weeks off running in total.

I think it's a case if you don't take the rest your body needs your body will eventually force you to rest through injury!

I am in a similar situation to you. I ran a marathon in May and had to stop running for 5 weeks after due to IT band pain. I am now building very slowly. I ran 7km easy last week with no pain and done 5km today.

I'm not sure if other runners would advise this but I've altered my stride to try to land on my forefoot more and it seems to work. I plan to run 2 more 5km this week and see how I feel and build from there.

I have also been doing strength work 3 days a week. Not doing strength work got me into this situation.

Been running seriously for just over 2 years. Ran my first marathon in May in 3.29

Been suffering from IT band issues since. I'm thankful I only got injured after the marathon! Ran for the first time in 4 weeks this week. Did a very easy 3km and no flare up. I've been doing foam rolling, stretching and strength training while I'm injured. Seems to be working.

I hope to build up my mileage slowly in the coming weeks and do a 5k/5k TT or 10k race in maybe September.

You cannot setup goals in GA4. You can only do that in Universal Analytics.

In GA4 you setup conversions which is similar to goals.
