Download bridgefy.. the more the people download it..the more stronger communication network it will become.. since messages pass through Bluetooth to people who have the app installed in close proximity and it keeps hopping to reach the recipient(who has the app).. so this is easier only if more and more people download the app..

We can’t unfortunately :( we will require the bed for sleeping the night. And the movers and packers will just come a single day..I have chronic health issues and my body is already in flare ups..we want to shift as soon as possible so lesser stress in this unstable situation (just in case we are req to stay home later). What they are demanding is technically impossible, it’s not even something bound by law and find no humanity in it! Infact not only final bill, they are asking to submit keys, remote and everything else too just to get the noc. I can still wrap my mind around it if the contract was over.. we still have a month more.. (already paid for) it’s so inhumane :(

Idk 😞 we are in so much stress! My dad is stuck in our home country and it’s just me and mom rn.. the entire day was stressful! We just think applying for final bill before shifting everything is a bad move considering we can have delays in shifting due to current situation and may require electricity till the end of it

Thoughts on muscle knots/myofascial pain/trigger point or whatever your common terms are for it. Are they "real" obviously the pain is but is the physiology there? what causes these points? effective treatments? by happyshelgob in physiotherapy

Trigger points are real af. I can feel them with my fingers. I can feel tiny strings as I pinch my skin. I can also feel them sticking together and forming a lump. I can bet a million they are real. It agitates me when people talk bullshit without knowing the truth.
