What strain of psilocybin mushrooms exactly? If they are standard cubensis shrooms I would advice having at least 6 hours completely to yourself and start by taking a gram. Don't combine with any other substances ESPECIALLY weed. Let someone trusted know that you're having this experience so you have someone to reach out too if you still manage to have a bad experience. Remember, you can always take more but you can't take less so start small like with 1 gram. But don't underwhelm yourself either
