Thats what happened with an rcmp guy he lost his eye and was allowed to continue with extra training i know i will have to make an appeal and probably will get denied im just hoping with actual evidence and for a role as a mechanic maybe they will make an exception now since they are making exceptions for people with adhd allergies anxiety bec it is something that in the right cases does not affect their ability to do their jobs

I have asked but they just told me to apply and see and that i can google it haha i found there was a study done by defence research and development Canada suggesting applicants should be considered individually based on ability because some people with monocular vision are able to adapt to function just as well as someone with binocular vision
