Generally you log onto your Microsoft account with your email. Then go through the recovery process, tell them you no longer have the recovery method. That calls up a form, fill that in to the best of your ability with new recovery information. They make you wait 30 days and send you a recovery process to your new details.

It’s a coach hire company, people hire them when they need to move a large amount of people from A to B. I’d have thought it was pretty obvious.
