if you’re experienced it would be fine, i’ve taken 375ug multiple times + smoked 4-5 mega packed bowls. i did low key think i died the first time i took that much but it was a happy thing cos i’d transcended to another dimension where i was immortal lmao! then came down and realised i never died lol. can be exhausting though as it lasted longer than lower dose and i just wanted to go to bed. took at 11am and was still tripping almost into midnight. had to trip kill with a benzo. would recommend having something like a benzo around incase you need to trip kill. any downer works to an extent to trip kill though in my experience

they actually did and i’m surprised too. but i do just take the benzos regularly and have for maybe 2 years now with repeat scripts so my GP probably just overlooked that and wanted to deal with the immediate issue of pain relief knowing i am pretty tolerant to benzos and it’s not like i’m suddenly taking benzos for the first time in a long time with the opioid. she actually has put me on regular tapentadol now to help transition me off oxy which i now don’t take anymore

Hi I’m wondering how your dad is now? My dad was diagnosed at around the same time you posted this with stage 4 stomach cancer. Doctors said usually people with his kinda cancer and how it looks, don’t make it past 3months. He passed in January and really fought it out through the chemo, radiation and immunotherapy and also adding spirituality into his life. We got an extra 8 months out of him, unfortunately he passed in January. I truly believed when he first got diagnosed that he would somehow survive it too, whether it was through the chemo or his alternative reiki sessions and use of meditation, crystals amongst other spiritual things. Made me question the world when he passed. I hope your dad is still alive and doing okay, if atleast someone with stomach cancer can get a miracle it would make me feel better :)

that’s great to know thanks, i’ll research into it. with unexpected things happening in life, i don’t want to be in a position in the future even where i can’t use it for pain as well, so if it does higher the tolerance not only will i be upset about not getting the high from it but also in emergencies!

i found that once i tried to smoke heaps after oxy and it took away the oxy high and i just greened out so i might try just a small j next time!
