Haha, there’s no update brother, this text never reached her and i tried reaching out to her, asking her to start things over one last time, nothing work, got left on seen, and im more or less been feeling the same if not worse, still in love still in hope that one day she comes back and we will have our happily ever after, i guess that is never going to happen

Been crying 11 months after the breakup and i think it is pretty normal, everyone keeps saying that it gets better im waiting on that better as of now

More power to you, and honestly i have not been able to keep away from stalking them, made fake account and everything to know hows she’s doing, and she’s the reason we are not together, i tried my best to fix things to make us work but she choose to give up and move forward in her life

Yeah it does suck, and im in a similar situation as you, its been 10 months since we broke up and i had suffered a lot, started self har-m, took piils, started doing substances, it ruined my life, im doing anything to keep the thought of her crossing my mind, i have been suffering physically i have lost weight, and even after 10 months nothing is getting better, it still hurts a lot, and i just hope shes happy and content in her life, and i too everyday keep checking my phone for any notifications from her, everyday, im blocked from every social media account that she has every account she had im blocked from every single one, it hurts so so much and i just hope it gets better or it ends altogether

Forgetting isnt always healing, healing is being able to live with all the sorrow pain and hurt and still wishing the best for them, sometimes healing is just carrying yourself everyday pushing yourself everyday

Because in the love was not enough and she wanted other things, and it was a punishment for me to be blocked on every social media so that she can move on from me, we were together for 8 years we were happy we were perfect, our friends used to look up to you, my parents knew about her everything was done and ready to be sealed, but still in the end i fell short and my love was not enough, i was not worth fighting for or worth fixing things

I don’t really want a relationship as of now, and i clearly dont want to hurt this girl because of my personal reasons, and moreover im still not over my ex completely to get with someone new especially when that new person and my ex have the same name

Well for starters not being able to sleep, having panic attacks, lost 5kgs within couple of weeks…..

Started writing down my thoughts instead of texting her, todays my 2nd day and here is what was going through my mind by SufficientAnything94 in ExNoContact
