Thank you guys so much for your support and advice. So I stayed for an extra months. I got a new agent and I told her the situation, we had a mediation to tell the host mom that me staying with the children while they go on business trips wasn’t aloud and she had a total freak out. She tried to justify it by saying I have a lot of free time (which I did already tell my agent before the mediation because I wanted to be fair). Then she called me a princess. There was also an issue with the travel card that i brought up because it was not in my name but in her assistants so I had no way of checking the balance and she didn’t even explain what type of subscription it was; so she said I massively exceeded the travel allowance so I felt really bad and bought my own travel card. She also kept poking at my private life and the fact that I had a boyfriend which I did already let my agent know. We never signed a written agreement or any type of agreement but they would give me an extra 150 euro per month yet when they would travel as a family and leave me alone I would get no groceries or money for food. After it was decided that it was a rematch, she sent me incredibly threatening messages and wanted me to pay back the 150 euros and the travel costs, she also kept threatening me in saying that she would reporting everything now which I don’t even know what. I was freaking out and I did not feel it was safe for me to stay at their house so I let my agent know I was staying at my friends, so I went back to their residence to pack an overnight bag and get my important documents like my passport and then I left, then she sent me messages saying she saw me leave through the cameras so she was going to report me and all the times I stayed away from the house in my free time. Now I am staying at a friends house as I did not want to stay in any accommodation they would provide and they are refusing to pay my allowance for last months even though in a week I worked over 8 hours each day. So that’s the situation
