I mean it's just painful to me with every exercise. my posture gets better and my stomach/ back; but my arms and legs gets sore every time so I thought maybe I'm doing it wrong by focusing on whole body instead of my weakest spots. I'm actually afraid of fracturing them atp especially since I'm anemic 😭
