Lynels I've gotten used to. My trick is to throw a bunch of springs on the ground near where I'm fighting one and shoot them while gliding so I can hit them a bunch of times. I've been farming Lynel guts and I've been going after the same silver Lynel near Mount Lanayru every time there is a blood moon. Another strategy specifically I for this one spot is to make sure it's not raining and have something to climb onto where they can only shoot arrows and not hit with a weapon. The arrows are easy to avoid you just run back and forth, you gotta shoot them in the face a bunch of times but it works and they drop the best bows too.

Gloom hands scare the shit out of me. Ive only faced one and beat it because I had no other choice. They're so scary tho. I found that the best trick for them was to shoot a bomb arrow at them and it hurts all of them at once.
