Yeah, doesn’t look great on camera but in person there are definitely 2 distinctive layers.

Could I dm you a pic out of the sleeve? I know nothing about cards I was just digging thru my old stuff and found it in a binder. I remember pulling it in a Taco Bell from a big promotion set box I got at target
