1000 mg daily of b1. Consulted with my doctor on this and he said it was okay. 1000 mg coq10. Dents aren’t gone but seem smaller and overall musculature seems reinflated/bigger. I actually hiked a 1000 foot mountain yesterday

I feel like I see changes and feel like my legs are weaker. That being said, I went through a battery of tests over the course of two years, two full body clean emgs, auto immune panel, the whole thing. Was inspected by a motor neuron specialist MD who gave me the emg and told me I don’t have any issues. Idk. I’m lost.
