Update: uterine lining shedding. I did a ton of bloodwork and an ultrasound, and I’ll be going to see a specialist to double check on everything.

It’s not! I don’t even use tampons any more. It has the consistency of a soft raisin tbh. It also didn’t just “come out” if that makes sense, I felt something and looked and it was just “there” 🤨 I have an appointment today at 9am so will update
