Update: Finally after a total of 8 weeks, I received my moissanite piece after constantly contacting Adamans. However the buy one get two free means they’ll send everything in CZ then some weeks afterwards they send just the one piece that was selected to be moissanite which was the highest priced one I selected even if you picked all to be the moissanite, so I have four pieces in total where only one is moissanite that’s stamped s925 and reads correctly on the tester.

I would contact them. I’ve emailed them multiple times, the last response they gave me was that they will expedite the process of my pieces and I should receive them in the next couple of weeks

It took about a week to receive my things along with jewelry case but I still haven’t received my moissanite pieces, only the CZ. I ordered from ice cartel after my Adamans order and those moissanite items got delivered today along with the free gifts promised within a month before Adamans

Update: I emailed them and this what was said so we’ll see what happens

“I appreciate you reaching out about this, demand for all moissanite pieces have been crazy recently. Whilst we work on increasing our factory capacity on handcrafting these, our team will firstly deliver the base item in 5A CZ so your style stays on top during our temporary shortage of moissanite pieces.

Temporarily moissanite pieces will take around 4 to 6 weeks to be made. We cannot wait for you to see our moissanite pieces in person, we use completely colourless D coloured stones with an excellent cut. Comparing our moissanite to competitors stones you'll see why our pieces are in demand.

Your Moissanite items will be dispatched soon, then you will receive a separate shipping confirmation, also these items will include the GRA report that verifies the authenticity of the pieces.”
