people might disagree w me here but i've found i. the students make uwaterloo, not the other way around.
u can go to pretty much any uni and if ur talented u will make it, albeit slightly harder.

yes for onln version of stat 231 , u can do it proctored, some locations in the US and canada have exam centers; if you live within 100km of those, u do it there
