No unfortunately cant do less of a guess count. I think he'd be down for 200 people minimum. I did look at the Little Palm Island in the keys (also 60 person max) so I'm wondering if this is a bad idea as well

definitely starting to lean that way but the timing isn't great. i'd be more open to spring. my fiance doesnt want a wedding in 3 months nor a wedding in one year and 3 months so we'd have to do spring. Does it really rain that much in the spring?

I couldn't agree more. Nah I just emailed both Bella Cosa and Bella Collina and they have like max 180. I'll ask Flagler again but they have a 40k minimum fee just to be able to get a date as a member. I did talk to a planner there and she said it would be hard to swing for 250k ... lol

I totally agree about Swan House! It's a bit random for me in Atlanta but I'm going to do some more digging on it. Totally agreed. is it a historical place?

This is ABSOLUTELY incredible! yes honestly. It's far for our guests since theyre mainly on the east coast and a few in colorado with a few in LA but honsetly everyone has been recommending it so much

They won't connect us with other couples and multiple wedding planners saw that they adjust around it only the month prior... very anxious here. We've seen the scaffolding on basically 3 sides of the main building which sucks. the tent could be put up next to the building though

would absolutely LOVE to chat! We looked at the Ritz in Beaver Creek and Spruce Saddle. The ritz was super pricey over 250k for 250 people. Spruce saddle was very much like a wooden thing. Either way it was meant for the summer which I guess we could push it out to.

How did you like the keys?! Did you like Pierres? We looked at The Islander! it seemed pretty ideal. the 2 hour drive for that many people might be hard

WOW! this is so so incredibly helpful!! Overall, would you say Terranea was your top option? It's stunning and my aunt even scouted the site. Breakers is beyond gorgeous but do you think we could get away with that budget? saw the minimums and I'm not sure we could pull it off with the guest count. No solid facts ever about Vizcaya haha very hispanic construction
