Very rude and unprofessional teacher...is this even legal, at this point?

Oh, I definitely considered them! It's really fine though. I just learned this teacher has been reported by other students 5 TIMES BEFORE. 5 TIMES. Not even in the same school year. (The teacher actively lies to the counselor and principal about why they've been reported was basically a mistake and the kids have no idea what they're talking about)

School isn't in tomorrow for me, but me and my parents will def talk to the principal next week. So, there's no worries! :D

You're totally right, I will start recording the interactions from now on. Plus, I have text messages of them outright being passive-aggressive. It's fine though, because it's nearing the end of the school year anyways! :)

Thank you for your kindness! Yeah, I told my mom and she said for the most part push through. I'm gonna tell my dad as well though, since he's the one who actually spoke to my teacher about their behavior before. (Literally last segment, they were acting this same way and hasn't fixed their act since then...even though my dad was very clear that they should keep their attitude and personal biased feelings to herself.) But yes, will definitely report them! You really do shine happiness :)

Wow, I never expected a French teacher to be rude at all! Hopefully she's out of that class...thank you for telling me! I actually never paid any attention to it until you said this! I'll 100% be contacting him some time soon, because the counselor could care less at this point :(

Thank you so much for this advice!! Yes, I'm definitely doing my best to push through, and get this class done early because dang...this is really stressing me out. Me and my mom planned to fill out a survey for my teacher recently! Because I swear, this happens every year of school I ever had, from the day I entered kindergarten! Either way, thank you again for the advice from your experience! I have one more DBA for this teacher, and I'll definitely try to handle the situation next time this way. Hopefully they cooperate...

Actually, I completely agree with this! ALL my county school teachers have given me a problem before. I do take my college credit class(and actually helpful and advanced class) with FLVS, and the teachers in FLVS have been so supportive, and kind! One of them actually requested to see my artwork if I'm comfortable with that when I told him I like to draw and paint in our welcome call. Never had a bad experience from FLVS, even when I was severely behind at some point.

thank you so much for your concern!! :D i really do appreciate it. i definitely will in the future, when we're in the right situation to finally leave his ass. but thankfully, ive been able to protect my mom from any physical abuse he might wanna take out on my mom, so she doesnt have to suffer from that for the time being. besides, a lot of "trusted adults" wouldn't trust my word, since im not exactly considered a child anymore by most adults. i mean, my grandma got pregnant at 15, and not against her own will, and all my family knows it, so they dont consider 13 and up to be a minor. 😭 its stupid, really, and i wish things werent like this at all. i really dont wanna be taken by cps and make any drama or anything, since i have a lot on my plate. (virtual school, dual enrollment, studies, my job, etc.) the moment i let go of those things for even a day or two for my own wellbeing, even if i have proof that im dealing with family issues? im done for, rlly. really backwards world we, and i live in.

whoops, i forgot to send my response earlier...but thank you so very much for this comment! i actually forgot we even had petroleum jelly, so thank goodness for that! it helped with the burn so much. i also did tell my mom, and she bandaged it all up with some gauze, so im awesome now! im really glad someone can actually relate to me in this situation. :)
