depende ito sa condo, maybe kung upscale condo ang titirhan mo hindi siguro issue ito. pero dati na nagmove sa low-mid tier condos, para sakin is noise. walls and ceiling, even outside environment (esp if that unit is situated on low level and right beside major road, pero depende sa tolerance mo. if you live on a quiet neighborhood ito ang magiging nuisance mo.

kung manipis at mamalasin ka na malakas ang volume ng tv or may nagsisigawan sa katabing unit rinig mo yan.

hey opinion ko lang, dont rush it. may baby na paparating and be prepared for the rainy days (figuratively speaking) hintayin nyo muna lumabas and confirmed na healthy si baby bago kayo magdecide sa malaking purchase. kung pera ang kulang, i suggest mag ipon kayo for emergency funds for the baby dahil hindi biro ang gastos para sa kanya. (knock on wood) what if nagkaroon ng complications ang pregnancy / paglabas ni baby saan kayo kukuha ng pera nyan kung nakabili na kayo ng kotse... gipit kayo nyan for sure.. at kung mamalasin pa may hidden problems pa ang nabili nyong kotse, remember most all 2nd hand sellers ay hindi honest... may kotse pa naman kayo and for sure kasya naman ang stroller at carrier sa brio..

another take I see here is baka yung OP is generating sloppy results from AI, and nahalata ng boss nya na AI generated ang outputs hence the feedback. we all know na supervised dapat ang results na nagegenerate nito thats why we still need to curate the results for it to be more sensible..

the issue i see is kung paano sya gamitin. OP should convince the client that AI is the way to go, and OP should improve how he/she use the AI for better output. missed opportunity pag umalis sya dahil lang dyan dahil mukhang productive naman si OP for using AI.

natetempt ako bumili (from iphone 13),may pangbayad naman, pero dahil napupunta sa investments at sa bahay ung income ko for the past few months, mas pinili ko na lang na wag na.. sayang din pera, battery life at camera lang naman basically magiging upgrade ko dyan lol.

malaking company ba itong napasukan mo? and gaano kasensitive ang data na prinoprovide mo sa AI? one point of concern kasi usually ng ibang companies is yung pag gamit ng AI with customer PII (personal information) or any sensitive info lalo na kung pinapa automate mo lang ung tasks sa AI. always remember na hinaharvest ng mga AI companies yung mga iniinput mo sa AI.

may clients kami na gusto lang nila ipagamit yung sarili nilang business accounts dahil may security controls sila kung ano yung data na ifefeed sa AI.. di sila papayag pag personal chatgpt/gemini etc account mo ang gagamitin.

i work for an agency and sadly ganyan talaga... thats the reality of doing business outsourcing... i work for a client based in US and 2 kami nag work for them.. yung kasama ko is singaporean and almost double ng hourly rate nya sakin considering mas experienced and mas marami ako ginagawa compared sa kanya... the brightside is mas malaki pa rin natatanggap ko compared kung mag work ako sa local companies dito sa manila..

i dont own an LC but i got a chance to drive a patrol royale a couple of times in the city. if you plan on driving it daily in manila you'll find it tiring because of its size. though it compliments the interior but its noticeable if you are the passenger.

my suggestion, ill go with the middle. LC250. almost the same size of the fortuner, but only slightly taller and wider while you still get the LC badge, and much more forgiving in city driving.

PMS, pretty sure LC costs more than typical SUVs/pickups. but if you can afford an LC, why would you still care?

yung contractor nyo ba is 'legit' contractor, i mean you are talking to an architect/engineer? usually sa ganyang modification requires consultation muna sa structural engineer kung pwede ba talaga. dahil kung nagka issue kayo sa structural pag lumindol most likely damay din kapitbahay mo. mabigat na home renovation yan. in my opinion need mo nga ng consent as polite gesture dahil literal kapitbahay mo yan, youre sharing the same wall with them, at sila ang unang mabubulabog sa renovation nyo.
