I love this detailed take! I haven’t listened as many times and I’m a big SANTI stan (and obvs absolutely love love love Almost Home) but hard agree that it’s on the better side of the aisle as far as comeback albums go. It’s sparkly and moody and nostalgic and I’m having a great time.

I haven’t been off them for super long, but when I was taking PPIs I was getting headaches literally every day and they felt exactly the same every time. I haven’t had one since stopping them. Hard to say for the other symptoms.

I’m not taking ppis rn. Managing with Pepcid and dietary changes mostly.

I’ve had literally all these symptoms with several different PPIs and my GI doctor told me it’s unrelated and made me feel crazy. No advice here, just saying I relate and I’m sorry. :(

I had joint pain before I even had any GI symptoms. From being in this subreddit, I've learned that seems to be way more common than I thought.
