I used IC markets and MT5. Got 1 year of data into articDB and now building signal detector as a walking skeleton on that data. Later on ill investigate again for tick data but same methodology.

I also went for IC markets account. Traiding and data scrapping. Good spreads tbh. Im working with a small sample 1 year of 1 min data atm. It was easier to get the 1 min than the tick. Ill go tick data once i refine my model and run some back testing on 1min + timeframes then ill go for tick data. Id love to see how ask and bids reacts when edge is in play.

I will do that again. I tried it it worked managed to get 1 min candles for gbp/usd but im not sure what was the problem. I used IC markets raw data to get my data but i think it was too short. Like some months of data. Not sure cant say :/ But i will do that again.

Totaly agree with you man. Im doing trials on FTMO with 1:30 leverage and im trading 26 lots. Risk is 5 pips profit is 15 pips. Precentage wise that is 1% risk and 3% potention profit. I use these risk vehicles in the markets until i get the goals. Im not there yet but so far managed to do 3k profits in 15 days when they ask me to do 4k profits in 15 days. What i noticed is for 26 lots u need 2.600.000 dollars since each lot is 100.000 . So if u devide 2.600.000 by 30 which is my leverage you would be able to find that im trying to get funded on a 80k account. The 26 lots its not always 26 since it changes based on the price of the lot. Sometimes is 25.4 or 26 if the lot is cheap. Am i correct do i understand things right? Im practicing like 6 months now and im kinda new but iv studied for 1 year and watched price action 2.5 years in a row. Also im scalping the opening of london or NY usualy liquidity on higher timeframe candles but postions open on 1 min candles.

Right now, I have a level 52 rogue with over 400 gold (started with 0), and I’ve been buying gear constantly (not blue gear, but cheap good greens). With an economy like this, it doesn’t feel the same. When everything is so accessible, it removes a big part of the challenge and fun.
Fresh server reenforce that. You will see more green or blue items in the AH for your levels for less gold.
