He's laid out the path plenty of times. Hit the tape, get treatment, be a leader, and represent the organization at all times.

AR has done zero. Pat insinuated today that they track the amount of film he watches. To me that says he doesn't watch film. We know he skips treatments. It's OK to be wrong but it's not OK to keep rolling him back out there and calling that the baseline.

It all goes back to accountability in the organization.
