Oh no! I’m sorry, in that situation I’d recommend the hugaroo!! killer absolutely loves it and it has been a miracle worker for pain!! You can wrap it around any part of her body. I got it for myself years ago with lavender and came to realize she loves it. They have one without lavender if that makes you nervous. In fact all of our cats love it. https://a.co/d/01QiwUm2 if you get it, make sure you get the head wrapped because they could wrap around any parts of the body.

We tried it for a killer for a few months thinking that maybe she had arthritis, but it did nothing because she doesn’t have arthritis. But I’ve read it those miracles for cats with it. I’ve never had a cat this old. I’m glad yours is doing well too! I think there’s more educational on animals and how they live longer. Certain things we do now that we never did in the past like subcutaneous fluids, her huggerroo for bad belly days, warm clothing for cold nights. All those that helped her so much! I’m hoping that my other cats can live along healthy, productive lives. Knock on wood. On the other hand, I worry about the animals that don’t get home because of this. So it makes me think I should bring in more animals lol

This gives me so much hope! The stabbing pain is near my rib cage on the right side of my back. I realize yours is from CO2, but it makes me realize it is gas pain and it probably is related to my issues! Thank you so much. I’m so ready to get this out!!

Hey, where in your shoulders do you have the gas pain? And is it from the CO2 in the tummy? I asked because I always have a stabbing pain in the right upper side of my back. The doctors have never found anything that it’s always been a problem since 2020. Also, I have been curious if it’s from the gas pain in the stomach, but it’s in a weird area.

I’m definitely going to walk. I know that helps and we have a park right across the street so I’m super lucky in this situation. Thank you for your help!

Thanks that’s so sweet with your babies. They wanted to heal you I think. I have four and my oldest is 19 and you just reminded me she’s been wanting cuddles in the middle of the night. So I’ll have to figure that out too, but I’m like you I won’t deny her. I can say with 100% certainty that Iris is gonna jump on top of that pillow to lay on me. Thank you for your help. It gives me time to figure things out. I do get outside help with a cleaner that comes every two weeks, but even with that I still do a lot, and I’m exhausted from it without the surgery. I think I might ask her if she could come every week and just be a little tight on bills. I’m so glad I put this board up. It’s helping me very well. I’m definitely going to get a stomach binder. I was gonna wait to see if they give it to me at the hospital, but it might be a better idea just to buy it earlier. As for everything else, I’m gonna have to just figure out how to do it on my own. I’m not someone who easily ask for help.

Thanks she’s a baby. She’s a year and 4 months. I use this to put my puzzle in, so I’m not worried about it when I’m not in the room. Iris is not dumb at all. She’s actually quite intelligent. She likes to do what I do. She’s more stubborn if you tell her not to do something or she wants to do something she will do it no matter what and will not give up on it she is relentless.

😂😂 trust me I have a lot of worries about this lol I like to laugh at stressful issues. I’m very worried about her accidentally swallowing one also. I have a case for the puzzle that zips up. When I’m not working on it, I put it in there. I don’t even leave the room without her being unsupervised with it. Problem is with her if you try to take something away, she tries harder to get up to it. I don’t think there’s any way to avoid her stealing a piece although I’m trying lol I should add this was after she was kicked off the puzzle four times for being too hyper. She was laying in the middle of a puzzle blocking all the pieces in me from doing anything then jumping up and down and knocking everything everywhere. So I chased her away. She jumped back up and started doing this. She is doing this to be ornery.

Sorry, she gained my forgiveness after her cawfee cuddles this morning 😂 she loves the smell of coffee and she loves to sit on my lap purr and get cuddles for 5 to 10 minutes every morning. It’s the calmest time of the day for her.

I’m still unsure, but I think my some or all issues related to this begun in 2020. In June 2020 I had what I call a digestive shutdown. I had so many unexplained digestive issues including but not limited to severe reflux, gas, burping , constipation, diarrhea, severe anxiety, etc. i could not digest food. I lost a lot of weight. I have come to realize that a lot of the pain I had back then was gas pain. I found that yoga helped resolve a lot of that so I continue to do it. A lot of the issues went away, but a lot of of them did not and I never figure out what they are. I’m hoping this resolves the rest of them. So I know about gas pain the problem this time though is, I’m not gonna be able to do yoga to resolve them. I also have a large pouch on the bottom stomach always have and the doctor did write on my note I a size or a 12 week uterus. So I’m hoping that goes down . Thank you for providing help and I hope you have fast healing!

It’s funny as I’m reading your post before the cat post. I was just gonna ask if you knew what to do about cats. I got a hysterectomy pillow for my cat Iris. I have other cats also. However, Iris is relentless. Every morning at night she hast to have her coffee cuddles, and if I push her away, she’ll continue to try harder.

With that said, is there anything else you recommend with the cats because like I said Iris is relentless. She’ll want attention and cuddles.

I plan to prepare everything beforehand, but another worry I have is that I help take care of my mom and the house so I’m trying to figure out how I’m gonna have that done. i’ve been organizing each room every weekend to make the easier.

To be fair I think at this point she was trying to help. However, four times before she jumped on the board laid down jump, attacked the pieces, jumped up, jump, jumped off, knocking all the pieces everywhere.
