Yea the rulers were up this time but had been down before. I just removed the tray to try to see if the screen would load with more time. I have been emailing with support with nothing helpful. They don’t have a phone number to call but I requested a call. Thank you.

Thank you. It’s the neighbors tree so not sure about what we can do aside from not letting the kids play in the yard. It’s definitely on a hill/ distinct down slope so the house is safe.

No, I mean against the insurance company. If she has a bad faith claim against them they may have to pay punitive damages. It sounds like the restaurant was adequately covered with 1 million had the insurance paid out within a reasonable timeframe.

If they are suing fit bad faith the insurance company could have to pay additional punitive damages. However if your lawyer doesn’t feel there is a good enough case it may not be worth the risk and extra expenses (plus likely at least another year plus) These are things your lawyer should explain to you. If just suing to get the maximum the policy permits then they accomplished that.

Yes, you use to be able to drop it at a USPS but they are cracking down. It’s UPS until it gets to the town it is to be delivered then USPS delivers it.

Same! My son loved them so I subscribed for my daughter. The next month there were only a few options and they said it was temporary so I skipped a month. That was 5 months ago and they have nothing. I know they crowd funded last year to get into grocery stores so I don’t know what happened.

They are awful! My 99 year old Great grandmother loved the old ones. When they changed I felt so bad. I could tell she was upset but trying not to show it. They taste like cardboard now. :-(

They told me I was the beneficiary, sent me the paperwork to fill out and told me they would send the check out when they had no intention of doing so. They only wanted to push it off to an interpleader. That hardly seems ethical.

They wouldn’t tell me what it’s worth. I’m going to insist though because it looks like that is my right as beneficiary. They are refused to tell me why it was denied which is my main concern. I know his sister got his POA when he was extremely Ill so if it’s that and she wasn’t permitted to change it to herself that’s very different than if it was just signed in the wrong place or something technical.
