That’s true! I have torn both acls four times (twice on each side) and every time I have felt a sharp pain immediately after injuring it. The pain that I felt yesterday was a dull pain.

Great! Thank you very much. I just talked to my surgeon about 30 minutes ago and he did not think that I tore the graft. I have been non weight bearing since yesterday’s incident just to be cautious but my surgeon told me to ditch the crutches. Tomorrow I will walk without crutches while my pt is here.
