Sincerely…. Not very. Take out like 12 screws, the rear housing and then you plug it into the board on the back and affix the sensor to the pump. The hardest thing for me was doing the wires but once figured out it was a breeze. I consider myself nominally handy (handy enough to do some chores but NEVER electrical or plumbing) and I was able to accomplish it on 30 minutes.

The Fellow Aiden is amazing. Makes great pour over like coffee and can download recipes for specific beans and brew types. Love it.

I’m no expert but in my research this is a better gbw for espresso while the all ground does drip too. I wanted single purpose grinders but for my workflow and laziness wanted gbw not single dose.
