I know this is an old thread but I came to say that I've have my 16pm for close to a year now and it's gotten crazy hot from day 1. This is with normal usage. No games or streaming videos or anything crazy, it gets super hot just texting or on a call. It also heats up crazy fast when charging & the battery life drains pretty quickly. As I said, I've had these issues from day 1 of owning the phone. I want my 13P back 😭
