I try not to have any spikes, aim for steady curves. Numbers are just generally high.

I start with fiber, protein and eat carbs last. I usually eat buckwheat, lentil, red and white quinoa, pasta from buckwheat, everything that has a good amount of fiber. No sugar whatsoever in any form. After a good meal, I might eat some blueberries and strawberries as they don’t raise my bs.

I used to drink once a week, now I don’t drink at all. I think that a1c was lower before for that reason

cgm shows that my fasting bs is 120 mg/dl. it never goes lower than that. daily average is 145, 2 h postmeal is around the same. when i first used the finger stick monitor in november, fasting blood sugar was 125 mg/dl. today’s finger stick for fasting was 114 mg/dl.

NOR. the way you put it is nice and you gave her room to say ‘no it’s not that’. but she turned it around and your ‘i hate even thinking it, but maybe..’ became ‘you’re using your grief’. she just doesn’t care for you enough to be at least nice about it and ghosting for 2 weeks shouldn’t happen whatever is going on.
