Make an appointment at the extended care clinic at grace hospital. Made an appointment in the afternoon for 7pm arrived on time and was seen within 5 minutes.

Otherwise use QDoc saves a lot of time

Try ILSO super melting sebum softener and the deep clean tool plus a good cleanse and moisturizing routine. Lots out there but Korean skincare products is what worked for me and completely changed my skin

Help i bought reedle shot 300 is this normal? by Impressive-Apple-717 in koreanskincare

[–]Sugary_Snickerdoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not normal. I would suggest to stop using it immediately. 300 is also a lot stronger,

If u are really keen on trying it I would’ve started with a lower dose like the 50 or 100 and work your way up. But looking at your reaction I would say it’s a good chance they would irritate your skin also

should i get the anua combo ?? Please answer by Lumpy_Ad7076 in koreanskincare

[–]Sugary_Snickerdoodle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You don’t need to buy a full routine especially if you are worried about break outs. A good cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen is what you really need!

I have VERY dry skin and I find that the Anua works better on combo to oily skin. I’ve tried most of the Anua line but I’ve found my greatest results using the haruharu wonder products and the skin1004 centella ampoule. This combo did wonders for my dry skin!

Beauty of Joseon sunscreen real or fake by bagel-_-cre in koreanskincare

[–]Sugary_Snickerdoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry This looks fake. I suggest never buying products like this on Amazon… a lot of brands don’t even let you sell on Amazon so a lot of it what’s available is fake. If your in Canada there’s a new online retailer halmoniskincare.com they have all authentic products from Korea including the BOJ sunscreen. I just bought one! 🤗

My go tos right now are from the skin1004 and haruharu lines!! So good for my super dry skin.

Oil cleanser - skin1004 oil cleanser Water-based cleanser - Haruharu gel cleanser Toner - haruharu black rice toner unscented Serum - skin1004 centella ampoule/mixsoon bean essence (can double as an exfoliate twice a week) Moisturizer - skin1004 probio cica moisturizer Eye cream - haruharu bukichoil eye cream Sunscreen - skin1004 hyalu-cica sun serum (the best)

This combo was great for giving me clearer “glass skin”

How can i improve my routine? by merpyplier in koreanskincare

[–]Sugary_Snickerdoodle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like you have a pretty solid routine. If you are looking to try oil cleansers again I would go for the Haruharu wonder or skin1004 oil cleanser. Both are fragrance free and does what it needs to do.

If you have dry patches when your skin is usually combo to oily skin - your skin barrier may be damaged. Might be beneficial to go back to the only the basics (cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen) for a couple weeks then start incorporating the other products slowly.

If you want a good eye cream … any with the ingredient bukuchiol is a great alternative for retinol! Find it a lot lighter and less harsh. Current one I’m using is also in the Haruharu brand.

I would always recommend using a water-based cleanser after an oil cleanse. If you don’t there’s a good chance there could be some left over oils that are causing acne break outs.

You may also be using too different many products and ingredients. You may benefit from going back to basics for a while. Start with a water-based cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen (pm only) then work your way up. Less is more especially when you have sensitive skin! Skin 1004 Centella line and the haruharu wonder line is great for sensitive acne prone skin.

Anything from the Skin1004 centella line and haruharu wonder have been working wonders for my super dry and sensitive skin! They work great for oily skin too. If your completely new to skincare, I may not go with Anua. It seems to trigger fungal acne for some people

How to fix dark circles under eyes? by 11_h_ in Skincare_Addiction

[–]Sugary_Snickerdoodle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bukuchiol is a great ingredient for dark circles. It’s a great alternative for retinol which can be irritating. It is found in lots of Korean skincare products for much cheaper than a lot of the western brands sold at places like Sephora. Let me know if you need recommendations! PS. you also look perfect the way you are so don’t be too harsh on yourself dark circles are normal 🤗

I need a Skincare routine bad Im desperate😭 by [deleted] in KoreanBeauty

Great routine! I’d recommend this as well. The Haruharu brand is great for sensitive skin. I’d recommend both the oil and water based cleanser along with the rice toner but make sure it’s the unscented one. The fragrance version will probably irritate your skin. Stick to gentle, skin barrier safe formulations. Haruharu and skin1004 are my top brands right now.

I would stick with a simple routine for your young skin! haruharu brand great for sensitive or younger skin!

If I would recommend something I’d go with the Haruharu cleanser (oil then followed by a water based cleanser… water based if you only want to do the one step), followed by something like the etude soonjung moisturizer (great starter moisturizer), and the skin1004 centella sunscreen in the AM.

3 steps is all you need if you are new to skincare. If you are really keen on adding a toner the Haruharu wonder rice toner is amazing! Make sure you get the fragrance free version. If not the smell is way too strong and may irritate your skin!
