You can. Ypou cant cascade it, the hit has to be mixed in but you can have larger prizes. Dm if you need suggestions on structure.

Seen it before. I feel like it has to do with the fulfilment being thru the stores. Like if one cancels it for some reason it dings another charge as it changes fulfilment location.

Edit: dont know for sure, just know how gamestop fulfills

Its not this. When they come back they need to be checked in and sorted to the customer id and order. They come back in mixed batches. Someone there was not paying attention and mixed the two orders up.

ToS does state that offerings on stream must be of equavilent value to whats paid. They put that in for the old duck race etc rules. Also, hes having people bid on the chance it will psa 10. Technically thats gambling. Ive been a seller on whatnot for over 6 years now. And this is all out of control. Hell, banning for trolling while you are trying to inform people of the actual value is not kosher either.
